Making Your Return / Exchange

Making a return or exchange is easy. Email us at sales@kukubysamia.com, call us at (703) 828-4760. Please be sure to let us know the reason for the return and the item(s) you wish to return. You will receive a shipping label from us via email.

All returns of new and unused merchandise must be made within 15 days of receipt of your order. The merchandise must have all tags still attached and must be repacked in the same original packaging it was shipped to you in.

Upon receipt of returned merchandise, KuKu by Samia reserves the right to deny a refund of the merchandise if it does not meet the return policy requirements.
